1983 at Jabalpur with an Industrial unit
manufacturing Industrial Gases. Under the leadership
of a very energetic Management, it started expanding its wings by
gradually diversifying into business of Automobile in the
year 1997 as TVS dealer and than into Builders in the year
1999-2000 and Non-Banking Finance Company in 2001 and now
have been selected as the dealership of Hyundai Motors India
Limited, at Bhopal.
